ACEVR is proud to showcase a new project walkthrough for a modern single-family home with a legal suite located at 820E 15th Street, North Vancouver, Canada. This residential project features a modern minimal design, with approximately 4,400 sq. ft. of building area on a 6,115 sq. ft. lot. The home includes 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with construction beginning in November 2025 and expected completion by January 2027.

The project was designed as a spacious and contemporary family home that combines clean architectural lines, practical planning, and modern materials. With multiple bedrooms, a legal basement suite, and a thoughtful layout, the home is intended to support both comfortable family living and long-term flexibility.

For this project, ACEVR was used as an important visualization and collaboration tool throughout the design and development process. Instead of relying only on traditional drawings, static renderings, or screen-based 3D views, the team was able to experience the home in an immersive virtual environment.
